Ruth Bernard

Ruth C. Bernard (McMann) age 94 of Canton passed away at her daughters home in Stoughton June 7th. Born & raised in Cambridge, she graduated from Cambridge Ringe & Latin High School. She lived in W. Roxbury for over 50 years and has lived in Canton for the last 20 years. She was a devoted housewife and mother. Beloved wife of the late Francis J. Mother of John D. Bernard of Roslindale, Dorothy A. Ryan of Medfield, Patricia M. Flanagan & David F. Bernard both of Stoughton. Sister of Theresa Patsos of Norwood. Also survived by 13 grandchildren & 25 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Wednesday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Thursday morning at 10:30. Interment St. Josephs Cemetery, W. Roxbury.
