Robert Dietrich

Robert “Rob” J. Dietrich, age 54, of Stoughton, formally of Canton and South Boston, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Stoughton on April 27, 2024. Loving husband of Kimberley Dietrich; father to Olivia and Nicholas; son of Irene Dietrich (and predeceased by his father Jan Dietrich); cousin to Christina Dietrich and Adrian Dietrich Hallak. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday morning 11AM at the Dockray and Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington St, Canton. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Monday evening from 4:00 – 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society on behalf of his father and best friend. 

Rob had an outgoing personality which shined throughout his personal and professional life, from his career at Fidelity Investments to being an avid athlete and passionate martial artist. He had a contagious enthusiasm which he shared with those around him. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him
