Patricia (Pat) M. Cicalese, a woman whose life was defined by her warm spirit and unwavering dedication to her family and friends, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024, in Boston, MA. Born on January 16, 1954, in Philadelphia, PA, Pat was the daughter of Joseph and Anita Pinto. Pat was raised in Revere, MA, eventually becoming a proud graduate of Revere High School and North Shore Community College.
Pat's heart was full of love, and she found her soulmate in Wesley Chused, to whom she was a beloved wife of 28 years. Pat was a generous step-mother to Michelle Tillman and her husband Andrew of Mansfield, and Andrew Chused and his wife Samantha of Waban, and step-grandmother to Ryan Tillman, Max Tillman, Jack Chused, and Thea Chused, who will carry her legacy forward with the cherished memories they created together.
Her professional journey was highlighted by a remarkable tenure of 29 years as a paralegal with Sullivan & Worcester in Boston, followed by a 19 year tenure at Proskauer Rose LLP before embracing a well-deserved retirement.
Pat's life outside of work was as full and vibrant as her professional endeavors. Pat was an avid reader and loved sailing, dancing, exercise, hiking and traveling with her husband, Wes. Additionally, Pat was a close and loyal friend to so many with whom she loved spending time with, whether it was going out to dinner, traveling or sailing.
As we say farewell to Pat, we celebrate a life beautifully lived, a life filled with love, friendship and an insatiable joy for living. Her spirit, a beacon of light and love, will continue to shine in the hearts of her family, friends and all who were touched by her remarkable presence. She will be deeply missed. May her memory be a blessing.
