Marleine Turk, 65, of Wrentham, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026.** She was born on September 28, 1960, in Sin El Fil, Lebanon, and lived a life marked by unwavering devotion to her family, steadfast faith, and the simple joys that brought warmth and comfort to those around her.

Born and raised in Lebanon, Marleine carried with her the values, traditions, and deep love of family that shaped her throughout her life. In the 1980s, she immigrated to the United States, where she built a life rooted in love, faith, and resilience. She made her home in Brockton for many years before later settling in Wrentham. Her journey reflected courage, determination, and a profound commitment to creating a home centered on care, stability, and togetherness.

Marleine was the beloved daughter of the late Tanios and Jamileh Turk. She was the devoted and loving mother of Beshara Gebara of Wrentham and Jason Gebara of Wrentham and their families, in whom she took immense pride. Her love for her children was constant and unconditional, and she found her greatest happiness in being present for those she loved. She was also the cherished grandmother of Jason "JB" Beshara Gebara, who brought immeasurable joy to her life and to whom she was deeply devoted.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Violette Milan of Lebanon and Suzanne Turk of Lebanon. She was predeceased by her beloved sisters and brother, Teresa Doumit, Saide Turk, and Charbel Turk. Family remained at the center of Marleine's life, and she treasured the bonds she shared with her siblings, children, and grandson. Those who knew her understood that she carried her family in her heart always.

Marleine was a devoted homemaker who embraced her role with love, dignity, and quiet strength. She created a home filled with warmth, comfort, and compassion, and her presence was a steady source of support and encouragement to her family. Her life was centered on the well-being of others, and she expressed her love through countless thoughtful acts of care and generosity. Her home was always welcoming, and all who entered felt her kindness.

She especially enjoyed cooking and found great happiness in preparing meals and gathering with family. Her kitchen was a place of love and connection, where food became a way to bring people together and create lasting memories. Her family will forever cherish the comfort, joy, and traditions she shared around the table.

A woman of deep faith, Marleine was a faithful and active member of St. George Maronite Catholic Church in Cranston RI and St. Theresa's Church in Brockton, MA. Her faith was the foundation of her life, providing her with strength, peace, and a sense of community. She deeply valued the friendships and spiritual connections she formed within her church communities, and her presence will be greatly missed by all who worshipped alongside her.

Marleine will be remembered for her loving heart, unwavering devotion to her family, and steadfast faith. She lived a life of humility, kindness, generosity, and grace, leaving behind a legacy of love that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished always by her children, grandson, siblings, extended family, dear friends, and all who were blessed to share in her life.

**Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Divine Liturgy of the Resurrection on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. George Maronite Catholic Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston, Rhode Island 02920. Visiting hours will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., immediately prior to the liturgy. Interment will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park, 321 High Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021.
