Jeffrey P. Sullivan of Norwood, MA, formerly of Canton, MA, passed away on July 4, 2026 after a short but courageous battle with Cancer.

Jeff was born on April 16, 1980 to Paul and Marie Sullivan in Newton, MA. He was raised in Canton, Ma, attending Canton Schools. Jeff was a fun, loving person that enjoyed time with his family, fishing, hiking, archery and especially cooking. Jeff had a strong love of life. Recently he enjoyed his time helping revitalize the Canton Fish and Game Club and serving on the Board. In 2009, Jeff decided to go back to school to become a Chef. He trained in Charleston, SC and quickly became a talented Chef. Jeff worked in several locations in Charleston and Boston honing his craft. Most recently he was the Head Chef for Chiara Bistro in Westwood and currently, the Head Chef at Olivadi Restaurant in Norwood. His family, friends and loyal customers will greatly miss his exceptional culinary creations and his love and creativity he brought to every dish.

Jeff leaves behind his grieving family, his father and stepmother Paul and Marianne Sullivan, his mother and stepfather Marie and Matthew Bethoney and his sister Dawn (& Sean) O’Toole. He was predeceased by his sister Colleen Sullivan. His step-siblings Samantha and (& Dave) Sakota, James Sakowicz, Matthew (& Diane) Bethoney Jr., Frank Bethoney and Angela (& Reade) Patterson. His loving fiancée Lupe Romero, his beloved daughter Cailyn and his nieces and nephews; Aidan, Gavin and Faye.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home in Canton on Monday, July 13th, from 4-7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 14th at 11 a.m. Burial at St. Joseph’s cemetery in West Roxbury at Noon.
