George Hardiman

George C. Hardiman age 71 of Canton passed away suddenly February 20th at the Caritas Norwood Hospital. Born and raised in Boston, he attended Boston Schools, Boston State College and graduated from Suffolk University. He was a member and Past President of IBEW Union Local 104, Boston and worked as Lineman for the MBTA for many years before retiring. He has lived in Canton for the last 33 years and was a member of the Canton Democratic Town Committee. . Beloved husband of Mildred M. (McLaughlin). Father of Tanya M. & Dawn M. Hardiman & Erika M. Sica & her husband Al all of Canton & George G. Hardiman & his wife Michelle of W. Bridgewater. Grandfather of Janelle, Stephanie, Sarah & Ashley Hardiman & Domenic, Joseph & Matthew Sica. George is survived by 10 brothers & sisters and many nieces & nephews & was pre-deceased by 1 brother and 1 sister.. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. Gerard Majella Church Canton Wednesday morning at 10.
