Edward Stefanoni Obituary

Edward J. Stefanoni, of Easton, passed away peacefully at home on September 19, after a courageous battle with ALS. Ed spent his final days surrounded by the love, care and support of his three daughters.

Ed was born on May 22, 1954 to the late Mary Grace (Chimi) and John Stefanoni. He grew up in Hyde Park with his siblings and proudly graduated from Xaverian Brothers and Stonehill College.

Ed was a quiet guy and found joy in the simple pleasures in life. He enjoyed a view of the beach, sitting in the sun, a good car show, a nice cup of coffee and most importantly time with his granddaughter, Rhea. He was a handy-man and could be found working on the cars, doing projects around the house, fixing up the deck, and ensuring all of Rhea’s toys were built timely and always had new batteries.

Ed leaves behind his three loving daughters Talia Stefanoni, Rianna Stefanoni, and Brielle Stefanoni, his cherished granddaughter Rhea, his nephews Walter Boyko III and Robert Boyko, and his niece Tracy Waltz. Ed was pre-deceased by his parents, the mother of his daughters, Carol Stefanoni, his sister, Janet Boyko and her husband Walter “Sonny” Boyko Jr., his brother John Stefanoni and his wife Carole Stefanoni.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Old Colony Hospice, as Ed’s family is forever grateful for the nurturing care and guidance provided in his final weeks.

As a reserved and quiet guy, services will be held privately.
