Edward Demmons

Edward "Ted" Demmons, a beloved father, son, brother, veteran, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025 in Brockton, MA. Born on June 14, 1963, in Boston, MA,.
Ted was the cherished son of Edward and Beatrice Demmons, a loving father to his daughter, Meghan Demmons, and her partner, Nicole Connors, of Nova Scotia, Canada. 

Ted left behind his brother, Richard Demmons and his wife, Christine, of New Hampshire. As well as nieces and nephews, Kevin, Amanda, and Jason Demmons.  He also left behind his partner, Jennifer Crosby, of Brockton, MA.

Ted graduated from Canton High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University. His intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning were lifelong traits that he carried into his professional life.

Ted was a proud Army veteran, and served his country from 1980 to 1986, exemplifying patriotism and courage. His service was a significant chapter in his life, and he often reflected on the experiences and friendships forged during those years.

Ted's passion for life extended beyond his work and service. A resident of Princeton for the last five years, and previously living in Sharon, he was an accomplished guitar player. Ted also had many interests that included woodworking and photography.  He was also known as an avid hiker who enjoyed exploring theoutdoors.

To those who knew him, Ted was more than a summary of his life's achievements. He was a source of strength, and a true friend. His laughter, kindness, and creative spirit will be dearly missed but will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known him. Ted Demmons's journey through life was one of purpose, love, and joy, and his memory will be treasured forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
